Some of my work…

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

Stage Troupe, Head Producer

As Head Producer for this musical, I collaborated closely with the director to bring his vision to life while overseeing marketing and production logistics. I organized and executed a full-cast photoshoot, led out-of-home and digital marketing efforts, managed the Instagram account, and drove the ticket sales strategy.

As a result of my strong collaboration, delegation, time management, and creative vision, we sold out all three performances.

The production raised over $5,000 for The Home for Little Wanderers, a nonprofit supporting children and families in the Boston area.

Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration

AdLab, Account Executive

Our brief with BU SHA was to develop the brand identity and create advertising deliverables for their new podcast, Distinguished, hosted by the Dean.

As Account Executive, I met with the client weekly to build a deep understanding of their goals, perspective, and vision for the podcast. I translated that insight into clear direction for the creative team, ensuring our work aligned with expectations while remaining strategically strong.

Through consistent communication and trust-building, I developed a strong rapport, resulting in a nomination for the Best Client Relationship award.

Our Stomping Ground

AdLab, Project Manager

Our client, Our Stomping Ground, is a Virginia-based nonprofit that supports adults with developmental disabilities. We were tasked with developing a campaign for their annual walkathon.

As Project Manager, I kept the team on track across timelines, deliverables, and client feedback. I managed seven team members, including strategists, copywriters, art directors, and an account executive, ensuring clear communication and steady progress. I also relayed workflow updates to faculty advisors, maintained team morale, and mediated interpersonal conflicts when they arose.

Our campaign was nominated for Best Overall, and I was individually recognized with the Most Efficient award.

Planned Parenthood’s Maine Action Fund

PPNNE, Intern

As an intern at Planned Parenthood, I worked with the Maine Action Team, supporting their work however I could. This included assisting with press conferences, lobby days, organizing volunteer events and volunteer communication, and tracking media exposure.

I also worked to develop their digital engagement strategy, creating short-form video content and generating ideas for content going forward.

As a capstone project, I conducted a survey and interviews into the volunteer experience; what was reaching and engaging their base, and how they could improve volunteer numbers and returns.
